#2 GPU Performance Analysis and Improvements utilizing the NVIDIA Nsight Perf SDK
The NVIDIA Nsight Perf SDK is a powerful suite of performance analysis and improvement tools for developers who want to optimize their applications on GPUs. The SDK enables developers to profile, debug, and trace their code on NVIDIA GPUs.
In the above video, you will learn how the Nsight Perf SDK can be used to improve the performance of an application. Also, how the SDK can be used to troubleshoot GPU performance issues.
This talk is aimed at developers who are interested in optimizing their code for GPUs. It will be helpful for those who are new to the Nsight Perf SDK as well as those who are already familiar with it.
If you are interested in learning more about the Nsight Perf SDK, we encourage you to attend this talk.
#3 Nvidia RTX 30 and Nvidia RTX 40 series
Nvidia’s RTX 30 series cards are the latest addition to their line of graphics cards. The RTX 30 series is based on the company’s new Ampere architecture and offers significant improvements over the previous generation.
The RTX 3070 is the most affordable card in the lineup, starting at $499. It offers excellent performance and is ideal for gamers who want to enjoy the latest games at high settings. The RTX 3080 is the next step up and starts at $699. It offers even better performance than the RTX 3070 and is ideal for gamers who want to play games at ultra-high settings or enjoy VR gaming. Finally, the RTX 3090 is the flagship card in the lineup and starts at $1499. It offers the best performance of any consumer graphics card on the market and is ideal for gamers who want the absolute best gaming experience. You can check out the best rtx 2080 ti card.
Now let’s talk about NVIDIA RTX 40 series
Nvidia’s next-gen GeForce RTX 30-series “Ampere” GPUs are barely a year old, but rumors are already swirling about what the company has in store for its next big GPU release.
The latest leak comes courtesy of Twitter user @KOMACHI_ENSAKA, who has a pretty good track record when it comes to Nvidia leaks. According to the leaker, the upcoming GeForce RTX 40-series will feature some pretty significant changes under the hood.
One of the most notable rumored changes is that Nvidia will be transitioning from TSMC’s 12nm process to Samsung’s more efficient 11nm process.
This should result in a significant performance boost for the RTX 40-series, as well as improved power efficiency.
The leaker also claims that Nvidia is planning to release three different SKUs for the RTX 4080, each with different memory configurations.
If these rumors are true, then it’s safe to say that the RTX 40-series is shaping up to be a pretty significant upgrade over the current RTX 30 series.
